Nebraska's bye week is Oct 27th. Akron has a game scheduled that day.

Typically most improvement is made between week one and two. Colorado looked decent last night and has a week to improve. Nebraska will be on it's first game.

Nebraska will either have to find an Austin Peay (a la UCF last season) or find an opponent that needs a game (a la 2017 FSU/ULM) to be played on Dec 1st.
I.E. The day of the Big 10 Championship. Assuming the Huskers aren't in that game.

I see. They might be looking to get eligibility on our account. It sucks starting the season off like this, not knowing what to expect on offense or defense that is.
This is a first for me and a lot of folks unless you were alive and litsening to games on the telegraph in WWI
