AFC issues

The Ravens might've had a worse day than the Niners did. With Ray Lewis tearing his tricept and Webb tearing his ACL, the AFC was shaken up big time today.

The Pats lost today as well, and every team in the AFC east is 3-3.

The Texans lost Brian Cushing recently as well. I can't imagine any other AFC team besides those 3 going to the SB.

Gotta hope someone takes the Giants out early in the playoffs this year, because the SB is ripe for the taking for the NFC.

I think its hard to imagine anybody but the Pats coming out of the AFC now.

Theyre a pretty tough team too. Had some bad losses but they could beat anyone in the NFC imo

more than a few teams can win the NFC. for example, don't count out the Pack just because we beat them.

the Giants had a GOOD game yesterday, but don't feel it is their 'dominating norm'. they're only this weeks favorite to win the NFC.

I don't know. Losing Cushing was a huge blow. The Pats seem to be the only contender staying healthy right now. They have to be the favourites right now IMO.

Parity is at all time high. No one is a "have to be favorite" this season.

There are still only 3 teams in the AFC IMO. I'd say 4, but Pittsburgh is too injured.

I'm gonna be rooting for the Ravens the rest of the year. W/ Webb & Lewis out & Suggs return up in the air, they're the team I'd want the Niners to face in the SB (if they can get past the Giants).

And again a top AFC team takes a big hit. Mcgahee w/ a torn MCL. Could still make it back for the playoffs, but at what level of play?
