That's not limited to a pipe or rolling papers. A little hand held scale falls into that category. If he had one of those it will be used to make the 'intent to distribute' charge stick.

This guy likely does 3-4 years with a couple years probation to follow.

I agree, the bad apple is also why I said Bama should not have offered Tony Brown a scholarship after his arrest. I know the truth and when it is told on his court date the rest of the real Bama fans will agree with my point of view on this one.

In the past when I had connections, I bought a half pound and I didn't distribute any of it. I smoke all of it.

... and yes I can pass the piss test, because I haven't smoked in a long time. When the weather gets warmer, I'm going to Colorado for a camping trip.
