ACC Projections 2020

I hate predictions so I'm going with "projections" for the upcoming season so there's no need to run out and get Street & Smith's to see where the chips may fall, and this is largely based on current rosters/NCAA penalties and with no injuries, etc:

Tier 1: UNC/Louisville/Duke/Virginia

Tier 2: FSU/NC State/Notre Dame/Miami

Tier 3: Syracuse/Pitt/Clemson/Wake Forest

Tier 4: Boston College/Georgia Tech/Virginia Tech

The first two tiers I see as making the tournament or either really close to making it while the Tier 3 teams are bubblier teams; but I see Pitt as making the most gain by year's end, thoughts?

I think Louisville and UVA are overrated.

The only thing L'ville showed me last year is that they have the ability to blow ridiculous leads.

UVA is a well coached team and great program, but they lost like 3 NBA players.

Though ACC is down this year, I expect Duke to be the favorite.

Over the past 5 years, the champ has either been from the ACC ... or it's been Villanova.
