Let Bill coach the O-line .... It's what he was brought here to do. And we know Kubiak will run the ball and get the most out of his Rbs

plus he runs the same zone blocking scheme.... so we wouldn't be switching systems

I'd like to see Callahan allowed to run his own offense instead of Garrett's. how can a guy be an OC but you make him keep your Offense? Garrett is no better than Jerry as far as delegating goes when it comes to the Offense.

That might actually work....Kubiak's offense might actually be able to be successful with a quarterback that understands what a vertical passing game is.

Kubiaks offense is one of the most predictable schemes in the NFL. One of the reason the Texans crashed and burned is because defenses figured out if you take away the bootleg that offense would be doomed. It didn't help that Schaub has limited arm strength and no mobility. unless we are bringing in the Oregon Ducks QB are someone of that elk I think Kubs would be terrible for this team. Not to mention he's the check down king you better believe 3 and 8 or more its going to be a running play are a swing pass to the rb.

And Jarntt .... Callahan has done an excellent job with this O-line .... but he has never been a play caller.
He used Grudens plays and got the Raiders to a superbowl but lost the team in the process.

Let him do what he does best and what we hired him for ...... That can't be a negative

Jerry Jones should stay far far away from Kubs, he's living off of his success in Denver being attached to Elway. I'm not a Texans fan at All but have never missed a Texans game, he's getting run out of Houston for a reason.

I'm not one that agrees with Garrett staying...... That said we are stuck with him for one more year. So I'm trying to think of things that will help rather than dwell on the negative.

We saw Bill calling plays. Same as Garrett. Neither will commit to a running game. .... That's obvious and don't think anyone can disagree with that.

The reason I said Kubiak is because I don't see a system change as a good thing. Not after switching up defenses last year.
Kubiak runs this system. He does run the ball. We all know that. He has alot more weapons in Dallas than he ever had in Texas.
Not like I said bring him in as a head coach. To me that he isn't. But neither is Norv Turner. But both guys can run an offense.
