verlander did give up a 3 run honer to Cruz..maybe Cruz is back on the PEDs?
maybe the Tigers had such a lead. Verlander was just throwing strikes?either way...he wins it for the tigers.
also...yes that one flucky goal ended the Wild season....even though the Wild were down 3-2 entering into the game...but the one goal ended it all.... talk about homers geeeezzz
lets hope the Twins make the red sox go to the bull pen the next 2 games.
Dozier is having a great season. 9 Hrs and scoreing a lot of runs. He is shore nuff Bloody Spikes material. Picking him up a couple weeks ago on the FA wire was a good move by me
yes. getting up at 430 AM is kicking my ass a little.
but I knew when I went to bed before the 9th inning...miggy would show heart...I just knew it .
give this day shift a couple more weeks....worst part. a lot of woman are being deprived my pleasureing.
must have hit a sore spot about the Wild? I had to...with all that wait till next year talk...you forget..the red wings will be stronger
WC spot? It's May 14th...
Verlander continues to struggle.
"Continues"??? He had a 2.67 ERA before this game, and 6 QS in his first 7 starts. Last game, he gave up 2 ER in 7 innings and took a loss. Yeah, the WHIP is up there because he's walking too many. But he wasn't "struggling" otherwise. He had one crummy inning today -- 5 runs after 2 outs in the 5th. Put up zeros every other inning.
As mentioned before, JV is typically a slow starter. He started out 2-3 in his MVP 2011 season, then went 22-2 the rest of the way So being 5-2 with a 3.15 ERA in mid-May is a bonus as far as I'm concerned.
Dougy I'm pretty sure you peeping through a women's window with your pants around your ankles and hand moving slowly in a circular fashion only pleases you sadly. Women everywhere are glad you got the day shift.
Cant agree more. Navamind just likes to get under tiger fans skin i believe. I was called a homer and i guess i said something bad about hosmer? But yeah, JV was good today outside of that one inning. I knew cruz was gonna get him too. Never throw at someone and wake them up. Especially in that little park. Cruz HR would of been an out in alot of stadiums. Same with rajai's.
Well, he does have plenty of doubles and hits and general like last year. And also like last year, the HR swing is asleep for April-May.
I like hosmer but i had just pointed out he had zero HR's. I still think kc is the one team can stay within range of detroit. With an injury u never know
