If the inspector goes on site.. and finds nothing is in violations.. he did his job.. and so did the management of the restaurant.

I don't have to look.. I know multiple that don't have them. Its pointless.. Most restaurants are ran like shit... Most restaurants are going to have some kind of violation.. its why 80% of restaurants go out of business in the first 18 months of business. If they are ran correctly.. something like dating food isn't an issue.

You literally can get an exact copy of the violation check list online.... If you have that posted up and your managers are checking it to be in compliance in the morning and at night before close.. there is no way you get a critical violation... none.. end of story.
