Bar Rescue actually wanted to do an episode about one of the nightclubs I have... They are totally fake by the way. They script what they want you to do for the show. None of its real. You get a $100,000 build out... for making an ass out of yourself. I laughed at them because the location they wanted to use is actually one of the fastest rising clubs in the wynwood area of Miami.

They did one to my buddies place in KC, found out exactly how they work...will COMPLETELY agree how fake it is.

I saw a Marine on Bar Rescue, his place was ALL about details must have been trained differently, wasn't you was it.

Like I said I can prove my statements, anyone can try out any place - I just looked up 3 places - Bonefish Grille - 9 inspections - average 3 critical violations on all. I can do this with ANY place. Bristol - 18 inspections - average 2 critical violations. Hyatt Place - 17 inspections - average about 1.5 critical violations Name any restaurant in the USA, please (maybe not mob owned, lol) You can preach what is suppose to be done all you want, it happens EVERYWHERE.

I will GUARANTEE- every place gets critical violations opened longer than 3 months. Get a clue, because apparently your "managers" are giving you false inspections. I am not shocked that you don't understand it.

If you get criticals multiple inspections in a row, you get an emergency shut down. One critical guarantees you are getting another inspections within 10 days. You are such a clown bums... if what you were saying is true.. every restaurant in Florida would be getting emergency shut downs.

The health department has on line a check list that is identical to what the inspector uses. All you have to do is hang that up for the kitchen/bar managers to check off every morning and every night... you will NEVER get a critical. A bar rag outside of sanitizer is NOT a critical. Having undated food is. Seeing as Kaufman stadium was almost shut down for Health Code violations.. I can see why you people in KC are so care free about health inspections.

In Florida is you get a critical you are given anywhere from 24 hours to 10 days to fix it. A follow up inspection comes... If you get a second critical you are getting temporarily shut down. A third inspection follows and if you don't get that one right.. you lose your license to serve food.

Jesus Christ you sound like an idiot... The inspectors boss doesn't give a shit about this. Most criticals don't even result in a fine.. there literally is no difference to them if you get one or not. If they show up and your shit is straight.. they go to the next place...
