Once again. A detriot team gets hosed. No call on Monday night proves it again...and again. And again. We all remember in Minnesota. INGE hit by pitch with bases loaded in 1 game play off.....the list goes on and on and on...but detriot fans won't cry over it

It was always believed by the Tiger brass, watching Castellanos in the minors, that he would at least hit well at the major league level. His defense was the big question mark. The main issue with Castellanos at the plate right now is getting better against RH pitching. If he can do that, I think the strikeouts go down and the BA goes up. His splits this season are .232 vs. RHPs and .364 vs. LHPs.

Just saying, by Iffy's logic, the Royals should have kicked Moustakas to the curb a few years ago, and they wouldn't be reaping the benefits of what has been a very productive season from him. Hell, Mike Schmidt's numbers at age 23 were .196/18/52. (And before you say it, I am NOT putting Castellanos in Schmidt's class.)

Just for the record, fuck Mike Moustakas.
