Laurent Duvernay-Tardif is drawing attention from both sides of the border for Thursday's pro day.
The McGill Redmen offensive lineman is working out in Montreal in front of personnel from four CFL teams as well as nine NFL teams.
The entire staff of the expansion Ottawa RedBlacks along with scouts from the Montreal Alouettes, Toronto Argonauts and Calgary Stampeders are in attendance.
Also, the Buffalo Bills, Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles, New York Jets, Oakland Raiders, Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers are taking in the workout.
Duvernay-Tardif, who captured the '13 Metras trophy as Canadian university football's top lineman, was invited to participate in last weekend's CFL combine in Toronto but opted out.
The Quebec native is the top-ranked prospect for this year's CFL draft, slated for May 13 and is also projected as a third- or fourth-round pick in May's NFL draft.
