Like all games for the remainder of the season, this is a must win.

I figure we need to go AT WORST 4-2 before we head to LA. If the boys can heat up and go 5-1 or 6-0, than it is possible we can just do an end-around on the doggies.

As for board moral...

A good, funny GDT could do wonders for that. Lets have fun, guys!!

Apparently, BB9 is fully healthy. I would be OK with getting him a couple ABs today and tomorrow and starting him on Wednesday (hit him 7 just to keep all pressure off).

Like I said a couple days ago, if we can have him back at 85%+ for the post season, our offense should be one of the more potent (if not the MOST potent) in the post-season.

I just stopped at game stop tonight and picked up a couple games. Not sure if I will last all 9 tonight, especially if it continues to look like this...

The trends are holding, sadly.

Giants are 60-17 when scoring first (.779)

Giants are 22-50 when not scoring first (.306) 7-18 post-ASB (.280)

This year's team just cannot seem to come back to win many games they initially trail.

Giants are 14-28 when getting 0-1 walks

Giants are 20-20 when getting 2 walks

Giants are 15-8 when getting 3 walks

Giants are 33-11 when getting 4+ walks

Of course, they one walk in the last two games against the Dogs, and appear on their way to getting no walks tonight. I so want Bam Bam gone with his swing at the first pitch approach. It works when the team is hot, but not when the team actually needs baserunners.
