Feelings are completely unreliable, but still. This team is pathetic offensively without Pence. We are averaging about 3 runs a game without Pence since he last went on the DL. Posey has been ridden way to hard, and as per usual, has no power at the end of the season. He can still hit because he is a fundamentally good hitter.

Grienke may be too much to overcome with a one run lead. Guy would look very good in Orange and Black.

He hit it a long way, but since the beginning of August, he has only had warning track power.

This seems to happen every year. The injuries have tied Noggin's hands a bit more this year, but Posey needs more days off. Not just playing 1B, but a day off.

This is why it is hard for a hitting catcher to have a long career.

He is either moved off the plate or beat up too much to have longevity.
