Interesting Peavy stat on the tube : AVG and SLG of batters 1st, 2nd, and 3rd time thru the order. Bad news is that the 3rd time thru, AVG is over .450 and SLG is well over .800. Ouch.

Baseball is a game of failure. It is a game of streaks.

You seem to expect the Giants to win every game 12-0 while pitching a no-no. And you would still be pissed because they ONLY scored 12 runs, in the midst of making 27 outs.
