You know how many of us complained the Giants had no fire, seemed to just be going up there and meekly sucking at the plate game after game, like they didn't care?

I gotta say, Peavy is the opposite of that. He brings some fire we needed and I like him.

The only thing they did right was to challenge the play at the plate.

Hitting was totally inept. Four GIDP?

I would say that was the most frustrating game of the season.....so far.

Four errors and a ump in a hurry as Giants lose 3-2

Man, that was a screwball game. Giants did themselves no favors by committing four errors in the field and hitting into four DP's themselves on offense. The other story is Doug Eddings who umpired this game like he was in a hurry to get to a titty bar down on Broadway. Some of the worst umpiring by a home plate ump this year. Call after call players looked back at Eddings as he tied their hands at the plate all night. The low strike calls were atrocious especially the one to Posey in the 8th inning.

Just a screwball game as Giants lose 3-2 and if Doug Eddings asks you for some spare one dollar bills on Broadway call a balk on him . He ruined the game in my opinion. Hey Doug don't forget to tip you're waitresses and no Champagne room for you.

Wow just wow a tough loss by the Bay tonight. Gotta suck it up and bounce back tomorrow behind Bum.

One of the best coaches I ever had told us after a close game where we got screwed by a umpire that to never leave it in a umpires hands to decide our fate. Win the game going away and don't let them screw it up for us. I will never forget what he said.

Giants got screwed tonight but they screwed up themselves by not taking this game early making too many mistakes and not destroying a weak Rockies team without half of their good players around.

They have been tight for two years now at home and someone needs to stand up in that clubhouse and loosen the boys up. Jeez Murph needs to bring in the big phony cake with a stripper inside or something. I would give my left nut to play one game in front of 42,000 people who are pulling for us. It's baseball ....have some fun and play the game.

That equates to the Colorado series.

If Romo does not go SuperNova, we are 35-30 instead. Sill not great, but that is "in a bubble". I think it a good bet that if that series played out differently, the rest of June and July play out a bit differently as well.
