Beck also a bit of a shitshow. The pitching not exactly sharp today.

I have fallen behind again (currently in top 9) but I thought Beck looked fine in the 8th. His pitches were STRONG. He had wicked movement and they were ending up just outside the zone. Again, no idea if he has blown up in the 9th or not…

I didn't say that, at that point, the pitching wasn't effective...I said it wasn't sharp.

FWIW, Doval was also a shitshow, Taylor wasn't sharp either.

I do have some concern for Doval going forward I hope this is just the usual Closer slump and returns to what he has be this year.
