Draft is: you can only draft HOFers, but the goal is to have the worst team...

Players must play at their own position... I mean, you cant just start Ted Williams as a pitcher...

Do this idea on NBA. I don't wanna skip a baseball draft

to be fair, nobody ever wants to do my ideas, so I try to infuse my lesser ideas into other people's ideas to make me feel like a winner..

I like 2 lineups but I don't think it should be 2 totally different lineups... just instead of a bench... so still 24 rounds... so 4 batters hit for both lineups...

Actually this might just solve the bench rule, with so many people drafting almost never does someone have a perfectly stacked lineup, having some platoon guys is a pretty good idea and it still allows for 24 picks.

So let me fix the OP.

Honestly for me it's more about shrinking the draft pool. We have done so many wide open drafts I like restrictions IMO it adds strategy.

You will create a lineup to face right handed pitching and a lineup to face left handed pitching.

There MUST be five different players in your two lineups. You decide the positions.

324 games started to qualify for a position player
200 games started to qualify as a starting pitcher
250 games in relief to qualify for a reliever

DH Can be whoever you want.


Loopholes will not be allowed.

You can trade whatever ya want.

there should be a rule that in each playoff game you can NOT use the same players in both lineups...

and you can use any player more than twice...
