Before the game, the Giants announced that they have added P Guillermo Moscoso to the major league roster. To make room, they designated Yusmeiro Petit for assignment.

By all rights, he should have been called up and faced the Chubs today. He would have no hit them. And we still would have lost.

Difference is, when "they" get one, we all sweat and fear for the worst. Wen we get one, we all know it is just going to be yet another stranded runner.

I should have more clearly stated that allowing leadoff walks is inexcusable. Receiving leadoff walks is to be commended, applauded, and happen as often as possible.
