What the heck is up with Morse? He is 5 for his last 33. He has no power. Hasn't hit a dinger since June 5.

mlb.com won't give me the split, but wondering what his average is as a 1B. Seems to me that as soon as the Giants had him play 1B instead of LF, his power has gone missing. His average is about the same as when Belt went on the DL.

His last rbi 13jun, hitting .200 since then 9-45.

I saw Jeff Leonard in the stands tonight. I coached a youth game against him and his team in Foster City one time. My boys did a number on his team and I was going to jog over to him one flap down to shake his hand but one look at that game face and I changed my mind. The dude is still intimidating on any field. He is a really good guy.
