ahhh, i forgot him...i actually copied that list off a link. it was "noteable pitchers".

I didn't think of him either. I just took a look at their payroll obligations for 2015 to see how many Mets make less than Bobby Bonilla and there was Colon.

Can you fucking IMAGINE how good it must feel to be Bobby B and wake up and check your account balance and see that money this morning? It'd induce an involuntary knee-buckling orgasm in me.

You see some new guys came over? They're some characters and they like MLB so we'll see if we can geta fire lit under this thread again.

Is baseball still considered a sport, or has been placed where it belongs, in the same game category as bowling?

Fruits. They're everywhere, man!

If they're gay and/or Hassidic @Huwaryu_in_exile will be especially welcoming and accomodating.
Funny thing, I was in Brooklyn a couple weeks again. I have to tell you, it is not always easy to distinguish between hassidics and hipsters.

do they still frown upon homeruns in the NL too?

Mike Napoli. DH'ing for the Indians for a couple of months next season then retiring in shame and ignominy forever.

LOL @ the AL where guys like him can make $27M a year. :L

How'd Panda do last night? Big Papi?

I lived in the Heights for two years when I was 19-21. That's when the blacks from Brownsville duked it out one Saturday night in Crown Heights with the Hassi Posse. I learned then to never, ever laugh at or even look wrong at Hassidic (sp?) Jews. They do NOT fuck around.
