We’re gonna get killed in the CFP. Our defense could actually be an asset but Jalen and our OL is gonna fucking get us killed. Matching up against LSU might be our best bet.
I understand what you are saying...but I'm not so sure it will be as bad as you think.

Think about this. A couple of teams you might play really haven't had play hard an entire game in quite some time.

Maybe, but they still played a hell of a game today and this Sooner team made it through a lot of adversity this year.

Can you give Grinch and the defense a little credit now? 13 of those points came from turnovers and short fields thanks to the offense. They’re not Clemson or Ohio state yet but they’re headed in the right direction.

Putting writing on eye black is major cringe. Makes you less intimidating to be honest

Has all year, good teams, good games, good year
Absolutely true. Both OU and Baylor won some close games that could have gone the other direction.

Might be Riley's best job this year when ya think about it.

He’s been Jekyll and Hyde all year between not wanting to admit what he had in Hurts and using the offense at times to perfection. Even in this game he locked up for nearly two quarters. Grinch... grinch is the real deal. Give Riley a quarterback with Grinch as his DC and look out.

Well that wasnt pretty but I will take it now jusy need LSU to come through

and by "come through", I presume you mean for LSU to beat Georgia by 11 TD's since it took OT for OU to beat Baylor with their 3rd string qb

I didn't see anything that leads me to believe OU deserves to be in the playoff. Winning in OT over Baylor's scout team QB is just not impressive.

They will get in as long as Georgia losses but once again the season has proven we don't need an expanded playoff.

Baylor: 35 yards rushing
Baylor: 71 yards passing before Zeno came in, 230 total, 159 on two plays?

Yeah. Nobody’s safe from what? From getting sick? Getting hiccups? I don’t get it.

Cant disagree with any of that. More on the offense than anything but I can’t rightly put OU in the tier with Clemson and Ohio State and to a lesser extent, LSU.

Sure, they played well today. Holding Baylor to 264 yards (even if they didn't have their starting QB) is definitely something last year's team could not have done. I think Baylor was like the #18 scoring offense and #33 total offense. That's decent, and Oklahoma shut them down. I'm prepared to say the defense, while still not great (#52 Scoring and #26 Total), is definitely improved from last year. At the same time, the offense is definitely a step back from under Kyler and that amazing offensive line, though still good.

I'll be curious what they do in the next month. I think LSU would be an easier out for the Sooners than Ohio State. I'll probably root for Oklahoma in that game, as I've enjoyed Clemson's bowl games against Oklahoma (fun fans) and I love Jalen (he's the better version of Kelly Bryant who did everything right).

5 straight conference championships is damn impressive. Wonder when that last happened in a major conference?

Nobody safe, not nobody's safe. Get it right! LOL. I'm guessing he's either saying that no defender is safe against him or he is reminding us that we are all mortals.
