They're not going to have good enough wins to get in. Iowa isn't great and is crushing them. OK won while played terribly the 1st half of that game. A win over PSU and then maybe Wisconsin would be a hell of a stretch to get in over other 2 loss teams.

This game might fuck the B1G out of the playoffs though. Ohio State still controls their own destiny in the B1G East, and they'll probably be favored in every matchup. But two blowout losses probably eliminates them from playoff contention.
