I guess the linesman didn't even file a report (which is required for any review of NHL official abuse). Pretty sure the 6 games was just for the "grabbing of the fan".

If the fan had thrown something at him or taken a swing or something, you'd have a point, but if all the fan did was clap or say something, I think he crossed the line JMO

does the chance that he may have been eye gouged by Staubitz mitigate anything for you? Like I posted in the other thread ... the kid is human ... and he was raging ... he sucker punched Staubitz... he pushed the linesman ... he pushed Henrik Sedin ... next up the finale ... the fan who was at eye level 2 feet away as he exited
