Rogers has been much more shaky since becoming the closer.
False. Th challenge with him is he can't strike guys out so you can't use him in extras with that guy on 2nd no outs.Rogers has been much more shaky since becoming the closer.
I'll see if someone from the Castro can take care of that for ya, ya big fairyTen.
Ten CPBS.....
Phuk me...
I was thinking about his 9th inning work. It is exceedingly difficult for guys like him to get through an extra inning unscathed. And he was so phenomenal prior to taking over closer duties that it is hard not to say his is more shaky. He's still really good.False. I thought he'd gotten some very clean saves for the most part but I could be remembering it wrong. I prefer McGee in extras personally.I was thinking about his 9th inning work. And that is why I'm NOT looking forward to the trade deadline.I thought he'd gotten some very clean saves for the most part but I could be remembering it wrong. I prefer McGee in extras personally.
We need to find a legit closer at the deadline, but it might hurt what we have to give up...
Why, you don't want them to ever try to win now?And that is why I'm NOT looking forward to the trade deadline.
I agree 100% ... I actually said this a week or so ago. Rogers is a great contact pitcher. He has some real good stuff .. but he is also isn't a strikeout pitcher. Actually has one of the lowest K ratios on the staff. In extra innings he's actually somewhat of a liability. They will almost always put the ball on play ... and in most cases score the runner from second.False. wow...oblique homophobia....I'll see if someone from the Castro can take care of that for ya, ya big fairy
Yup. That’s what he said. He doesn’t want the team to EVER win again. Why, you don't want them to ever try to win now?
OpenerCheck me if I'm wrong, but did our starting pitcher only pitch one inning?
