Sammy on pace to go 9...
Per Gardy, he was rushing his delivery the last three starts. They worked on slowing down and getting a better leg kick. From the box score Sammy's looking efficient. Does anyone know if they fixed/found a problem in his delivery?
oh, 2-7 risp w/2 out in 5th.
Giants are on a roll and these GDTs have been dead the whole time.
Effect and Cause?
Should we give Casilla a break because his wife was very pregnant? I say yes, and I will go out on a limb and say he will improve after he comes back from paternity leave.
That having been said, we could sure use a top shelf setup guy. Romo won't be it anymore.Plus his last appearance he was nails. He will be fine.
We'll see, but I agree we could use another arm in the bullpen. That having been said, we could sure use a top shelf setup guy. Romo won't be it anymore.

Brewers just tied the doyers (Urine pitching) 1-1 in the top of the sixth.
When Span was signed, many here saw him as a Blanco-clone.Looking at the box score, I was struck by these numbers:
Span - .252/.337/.346
Blanco - .252/.323/.347
Almost identical except for a few more walks for Span.
I was under the impression that many felt another outfielder was needed to start and thought Span was an improvement over Blanco. Span could yet be better, this could be the only time the two's numbers are nearly identical. I noticed the similarities and wondered if anyone else saw them as well. When Span was signed, many here saw him as a Blanco-clone.
Ok, maybe I projected there a bit...I was under the impression that many felt another outfielder was needed to start and thought Span was an improvement over Blanco.
