Brees before it’s all said and done could be a top 3 all-time. He can make any throw and he has great touch. People underrate him on their all-time list imo

he's a clear HOFer... Most likely first balloter too... But he in no way is top 5 QB... He was benefited with having NO defense and NO running game for his whole career... All the backs he really had were all receiving backs... It does help his numbers...

Having no defense has nothing to do with him putting the ball on the money and having precision accuracy. Being undersized is a huge disadvantage also, he has to stand on his tip toes. I cant imagine how difficult that is. The game has changed, a lot of teams have receiving backs. He has decent weapons and transformed them into top wepaons..like Colston

No defense is HUGE, it means they need to score all the time.... They dont have the luxury of running the ball to kill time... And they were Not always a good team... So they played from behind a lot...

I think you are missing the point, I dont look at the fact he throws for 400+ it is the accuracy, placement of balls, football IQ, awareness, he can make any throw in any window. I honestly cant say that about many QB’s. He will never be in the GOAT conversation but top 3-5 by the end of his career is very possibly imo. I could give a shit about throwing when he is behind bc it has nothing to do with why he is a great QB
