Before the Monday Nighter the Pats were favored by 2 1/2 in the opening line. After the debacle the Bengals just became a 2 1/2 point favorite. 5 point moves are almost unheard of, and in this case is a complete overadjustment. :wtf2:

As of Wed afternoon the Bengals have been bet back up to -1.5.........really scary situation, but the Bengals SHOULD be able to win this game......Bengals are well rested, getting topline players back, and just simply playing better than the Pats, who are coming to this game one day short and really impressing nobody to this point......and it's not just the Monday night debacle, they also looked bad in the opener in Miami, and were very unimpressive at home beating the Raiders......still, it's Belichek and Brady......

And BTW.... If Marvin Lewis tried this, over 75% of our fans would have a temper tantrum and cry about how much Marvin hates the fans.

Belichick can get away with that horseshit......actually if you listen to Marv's pressers, I think he's got a little Belichick in him, except of course for the track record.....

I have a hard time listening to the press interviews. people asking the obvious questions and he's giving the obvious answers. It's painful for me, I think it's painful for them as well... unless they are really that stupid.

What I find funny is all the coaches are protecting all these "secrets" from one another, as if nobody knows what they are doing. The film reveals all.

People keep betting with their hearts and nobody can believe the Pats are this bad.

Bengals should win this game for sure but there's always the you-never-know thing. Biggest question is the defense that looked like they were shaping up well in the first three weeks only to play like high schoolers last Monday. How many times did KC run for first down on first and ten? cripes....like 5 or 6 times.

Good luck, let's hope for a good game and no injuries~

Marvin has always had a much harder time opening up for local reporters than national ones. It's only been in the last year or two that he's finally started to open up more. I think a lot of that had to do with dealing with Ocho, TO, and the team chemistry in general, not to mention the "Mike Brown" questions.

With Ocho gone, TO gone, and Brown in the shadows...I think everyone knows Marvin has a lot of control over what goes on with this team, and with the chemistry he doesn't worry about hurting feelings or having to answer 20 questions about character issues, or something stupid someone did.

I've still never understood why the New England media takes that shit from him. I wish someone would call him out on it. What's the worst that could happen, they lose access.....they don't have any access as it is.

To be fair, until this year Marvin had to deal with Bengals beat writer Joe Reedy..... That guy was a douchey Cleveland fan. I don't blame Marvin for being a dick.

I'm worried that New England's defense will show up and we'll have a pitching duel..... As bad as New England has been on offense, I'd still put a lot of faith in Brady to win a tight one in the 4th quarter. Unless we can get a magical monsoon like last season.
