There are two quality teams in the ACC. Clemson and Florida State. Everyone else is average on their best day.

I honestly don't even think Florida State is good either, them and North Carolina are similar really, and I thin North Carolina is better

Even with both they have struggled at times, they needed a redzone interception to beat Wake Forest for goodness sake. Also were tied with the USF Bulls at halftime
