I think you're right. If anyone gets sent down, I can see it being Heston. I hope they put Hudson on the DL, like you said.

I believe the only SPs we have that CAN be "sent down" are Heston and Bum. And Heston has not been pitching well enough to squeeze that other guy off the 25-man.

Are the Giants playing better now than they were at this time last year?

The bats are legit solid, the bully is full-fledged FYWW. The SP are admittedly pitching over their heads, but that can be fixed by a trade or two at the deadline.

With KCya and Strickland, we may have the best 2 closers in the NL right now.

They had a 10 game lead on 8jun2014. apr 16-11, may 20-9, and they were hitting A LOT of HRs. 34 in mar/apr and 29 in may.

after 48 games they were 30-18, in first by 4.
