Finally a fucking homer from the kid.
This Belt-Morse portion of the double switch sure seems goofy. Replace one of the best defensive 1st basemen late in the game for a rather average (if that) substitute who is hitting worse than the guy he replaced.
Complete head scratcher. I thought that Belt was the last out of that inning but he wasn't, it was Crawford. Maybe Bochy thought Morse would hit the game winning home run and Belt's spot in the lineup wouldn't come up. Who knows.I don't understand the necessity of that move there. Take our 2nd best hitter out of the lineup. Way to go, Boch
