If Casilla goes on the DL, the Giants will call up Duvall, to balance the roster at 12 pitchers again. Interestingly, had the Giants been carrying 12 pitchers instead of 13, Casilla probably doesn't bat and get injured.

If Cain goes on the DL, the Giants will then call up Hembree. Although, the Grizz bullpen is very good so far this year, with Runzler, De Paula, Tobin, Bochy, Dunning, and Hembree pitching well.

Tough win, but maybe Casilla isn't hurt too bad.

Three starters and our 8th inning guy potentially on the DL at the same time. Jeebus.

Assuming that Kontos is, in fact, on his way to the big club, I agree that the other addition would be Duvall. It would give him his cuppo, and Boch does not like to play guys too much during heir cuppo. That means he would really only be a pinch hitter. With the stories of his D, AND his bat, that would be perfect.

Would be nice to have him work with Dunston and Wotus on his D anyway. Would be nice if he can be an internal solution to the Panda-Problem.
