They are absolutely respectable in every facet, they just bore the ever-living fuck out of me. Can totally appreciate everything they've done, just don't wanna listen to it.

My take on them exactly. They're fine. I don't change the station when one of their tunes comes on. But they do nothing for me. I own their Greatest Hits and Hotel California, neither of which I've played more than a couple of times... and I don't remember how I wound up with Hotel California. I think it was the Joe Walsh factor.
