Had a blast, guys. I had played Whirlyball once before, so it probably gave me an edge. One bone bruise on the shin that wasn't too bad.

I noticed that the guy who worked there was kicking his car away from the wall to get away - something to remember for next year.

There were never any worries there TP. I lead a charmed life. Once in the '70s (muuuuuch tougher weed laws) when another guy and I were driving up to Macinack (can't spell it) Island, we got pulled over by a state trooper. We looked like Cheech and Chong after a party. They took the other guy in the patrol car. The other trooper looked at me uncertainly, and asked me if I could drive. I said sure. They let me follow them to the station. After about an hour sitting in their parking lot, the other guy came out and said they got him for driving on a suspended license. And we were on our way.

Shins eh? Heh heh heh. Next year...lots of head-on collisions.

Many asked how long it took me to drive. I didn't know because I didn't keep track. I left Detroit at 6:00 AM Monday morning. Arrived in Amarillo at 11:30 AM Tuesday morning. Slept 3 1/2 hours at a truck stop in Joplin. Gained one hour on the time change. Looks like 27 hours. I could do it in 26 if it weren't for all the weed stops.
