But it's 2016, and I'm glad the redskins have kirk cousins.

I liked Cousins because I had watched him a fair amount and he was coming from a pro style system. I thought he would need work for a year or two. Good ole Rex. Until the trade I thought Tannehill would be the pick. I was okay with that (not that it matters, LOL) but I had not watched him play. I was afraid of Griffin halfway through his senior year because he was clearly a spread QB.

Actually its saying a whole hell of alot since the majority at the time figured Rg3 would more than make up for the 3 firsts and a 2nd we gave up to get him.

i just wanted a quarterback in 2012! i always felt this team had enough talent to compete with decent, just average QB play.

2 seasons of good QB play brought us 2 NFC East Championships in the last 4 years. imagine that.

They can absolutely lie. And this is from somebody who loves stats. And not all stats point to kirk being superior I'm willing to bet. Not to mention film study seems to point in an opposite direction.

i never said all stats point to kirk. the NFL is a week to week, month to month and year to year league.

You are still cherry picking one stat. Not taking anything away from Cousins but you are using a partial story to prove a substantiate your opinion. Politicians do that too.

I find it pretty interesting that Luck has 55 career starts in the NFL, with only 13 of those starts where he graded out above 100 in passer rating.

KC has 26 career starts in the NFL, and also has 13…and, one game that was perfect at 158.3…btw, luck has never had a perfect passer rating game.

Could be some of the facts KC’s agent is presenting to the Redskins on what the value of his client should be…which is why it appears to be dragging out at this point with negotiations on a long term deal.
