Nah wiz in 5 at most 6

if the Porter injury is significant, it could be a series changer. Really would cut into the Wizards' depth while taking away their most efficient offensive player.

I could say that about his season. It looked like a great guard combo, I don't really follow DC, but something went south.

You do realize he by far had his best season of his career right? He had a bad game tonight. It happens.

He was great in the regular season and in the first 2 games of this series. I'm sure he will bounce back

Dude doesn't realize much. Just posts inane stuff without much thought, then doubles down and claims he is right without any real substance beyond the personal opinion of a casual fan.

Final score not fully indicative of how one sided this game was. It was never a contest.

this is incorrect.

It will not effect the series & he is not their most efficient player.

he had a great start to the season ... but his number dropped off significantly around February.

His production declined so much I even dropped him from my fantasy hoops teams.

Of course it will affect the series. To say it won't is foolish.

if by affect the series you mean give Oubre & Smith more of an opportunity to be productive ...

then yes ... it will affect the series

Porter's 3 pt shooting did fall off a cliff after February.- before that he was on freaking FIRE.

With Bogdonovic ICE COLD- and losing Porter- the Wiz will prob struggle to find offense after Beal and Wall.

Porter shot 42.4% from the field and 28.6% from 3 in April

Porter shot 48.5% from the field and 35.9% from 3 in March

Porter shot 50.0% from the field in February and 45.5 % from 3

Porter shot 50.9% from the field in January and 49.4% from 3.

Porter shot 52.6% from the field and 42.1% from 3 in December.

so---

goes from 52.6%, to 50.9%, to 50.0%, to 48.5% to 42.4%, to 40.0% from the field---

and 42.1%, to 49.4%, to 45.5%, to 35.9% to 28.6%, to 25.0%- from 3--- from December- to the playoffs.

he has definitely worn down.

through 3 games of course only- he is at 40% from the field and 25% from 3 in the playoffs

Cmon dude.

If nothing else, it takes the top bench player out of the second unit. that impacts the team negatively.

Just because the guy has been quiet through the first 3 playoff games does not mean his production is unimportant. Despite his struggles at season's end, he led the team in true shooting percentage (62.8%), and shot 43.4% from 3. He is a floor spacer and a glue guy on the offensive end. Oubre just isn't as polished.
