I haven't gone to a game since 2007. From '03-'07 I went to every single game.....

The reason I took a break from games though is different from xorb's reason.........I worked in the stadium that entire time and I just got too close to the players and coaches......

It took a lot of the fun out of my Saturdays.......

Saturdays went from "there's my fuckin Huskers!" to "there's the people I work with."

It is ultimately the reason I quit working there. Would have had a bright future there, but I couldn't take it anymore

although i don't have a super important job there, i feel like working at the stadium has made me more invested in the team than ever. thats why i love my job...i get to be around the program that i have grown up cheering for.

I paid 160 for 2 tickets last year for the 1st game. sat 39 rows up in the south endzone (which is ideally where I want to sit). so I think it was a great buy.

i am lucky...my great uncle worked at the university until he retired so we buy his tickets every year...they are in that same area.

I still remember the day I got a call in my cubicle and Sam Keller was in the player's lounge having trouble figuring out how to run Microsoft Word.........

Before I continue with the story, yes that kinda shit happened frequently in the athletic department......

Anyways, after I showed him how to run a spell check on his document, he spent the next 30 minutes telling me about how the pussy in Tempe was bomb.....

The guy was an idiot......I mean complete idiot.

If you ever want to see some JJM work, look under the desk in any of the coaches offices........there will be about a million different chords all bundled up.......I plugged all those in and bundled them up all purdy like en sech....

Also, don't know if they are still using these or not, but I installed a colorful little clicker for each office as well that switches from one computer monitor to thee other.
