yah...what a bummer for the Clips....i guess if you could pick a yaer for it to happen it would be with 2 historically good regular season teams in the West and a Cleveland team that has seemed to really have the Clippers number likely in the Finals.....im sure that doesnt make it feel a whole lot better...

it just sucks missing a lot of the NBA's good to great players--- Bosh, Curry, Batum, MKG, Paul now, the Grizz were missing Conley and Gasol, etc...

even the Cavs have issues albeit on a much smaller level-- some bench injury issues with Shumpert and Mo and Mozgov...

I hope so. I saw a list of players with that exact injury that showed how many games they missed. Range was like 3 to 30.

JA Adande Tweeted late last night that he was likely to be out for the whole playoffs... pending more x-rays.

No Paul, no hope.

Shows how good guys like Lebron and Wade really are.

Bron lost his 2 amigos and still.drug the Cavs to the Finals.

Wade lost Lebron, then lost Bosh.

But, I'm willing to bet money that they make it back to the Conference Finals.

Forget a that curse crap.

The Clippers just quit.

The Blazers shouldn't even be in the playoffs.

But, they have 2 young guys that are playing their hearts out.

Dame is a Star in the making.

I don't know what Blake is anymore.

Truly says how great those players are, Lebron has done it most of his career and Wade had basically nobody on his team after Shaq left but still competed most years. I still think it was amazing that Lebron won 2 games against the Warriors last year, crazy.

Shame last night to hear about CP3 and Blake.

I have a love/hate view of CP3, but make no mistake that guy is a competitor of the highest order. It's sad that the last few years he's been injured at some point in the playoffs. The Clips always seem to have things going at the beginning of the season, but somewhere along the lines it goes bad.

I was really looking forward to this second round of the playoffs with a majority of a healthy rosters from the remaining teams. Now it's looking like the Thunder/Spurs series is going to have to keep our interest for the highest quality of basketball being played.
