Yes, up the road in Cobb (read: "Whiteyville") county. Surprisingly, Turner Field isn't even 20 years old. Fulton County Stadium was about 40 years old before they built Turner. I'm guessing they just wanted to flee Downtown in order to try to boost attendance.

built the ted on the cheap for that county fair they called the 96 olympics.....costs more to keep it up to date than to just build a new one where the fans with the money dont have to fight to get downtown all season. opneing next season with lots of retail and entertainment next to it to make money for the team all year long despite the shit product they got on the field right now. plus best farm system in the majors right now stockpiled away.....but im sure the insurance company running this team will fuck that up for sure
