Yes.

When I lived in LA, I saw Albert Freaking Pujols sac bunt in the 9th in just this situation. I think if Pujols can be instructed to bunt in that situation, so can Belt. However, I believe Pujols was a rookie, and it was his only sac bunt of his career. Oh, and the Cards went on to beat the Dodgers in that game.
