I'm done with predictions. I also can't figure out Matt Cain's problems (yes I know it's early and there was an error but he has been very bad for his standards)

As for tonight, you are looking at results instead of situations. If the Goldy fly if 2 inches to the right, the inning ends with no damage. Instead it lands perfectly for a double. The next ball is a liner to Craw that could have easily been a DP.

Those were 2 fluke runs...

If someone gave me the opportunity to take an 85 mph slider off my leg from a major league pitcher...I'd probably jump at it, just to say I did it.

But it must hurt like a bastard. I haven't been hit by a pitch since high school, and even that was no fun.

Nice to hear Affeldt in the booth there. I know guys are panicking in the clubhouse but still its nice to hear that they aren't worried. They know these guys will turn it around.

Pretty amazing The Giants have the record they do with Cain and Posey (until recently) struggling early.

I'd even add Voges into there. I am upset now with Cain and Voges but know they will turn it around or at least Cain will. Even if Voges doesn't return to the same pitcher, what he has done is incredible
