He was unscored upon in ST. Two outs bases empty in the ninth and he loses the game.

There are definite yips going on. Law looked uncomfortable as hell and then the best closer in the game over the last 3 years coughs up the victory with 2 out and none on.

We had the discussion last year. I think he could be a stud OFer if he concentrated on hitting. You gotta think, with dedication, he could be a .270 hitter with 35-40 HRs.

Bum looked really, really good today. There was an uptick in his fastball too.

I saw a quote somewhere from Bum in the offseason. He said that he hasn't had his right mechanics in a couple of years now. I wonder if he's figured out his mechanics now? That would be really scary.

His bat is obviously in mid-season form.

A lot to like about this game, even with the outcome.

Giants weren't winning when there were two on and the game tied after Melancon gave up consecutive hits. Two runs on three hits with two outs. Yep. I would have pulled his ass immediately. He looked very uncomfortable.
