I was just about to mention how nice it is to see Strickland do much better tonight. And Lopez for that matter. Broadway was decent too. Nice to see Duffy with a couple of hits as well.

I am reminded of the old adage that a baseball team is never harder to watch than when they are not scoring.

Bochy's pregame lecture on the importance of Shutdown Innings has been misinterpreted to mean innings where we don't score.

If we don't score, we can't have any shutdown innings, or non-SDI. Easy!
