Although, in some fairness, Tulo's numbers against Cain probably aren't far off his rate against most everyone.

The horse Matt Cain on the mound today as he looks to break fast from the gate and blow away the competition . If he can get around the first turn with the lead he might never look back. Cain has to keep the Rockies off balance moving the ball around the strike zone . Cain has to keep Tulo from doing damage against him who has some ownage on him.. He must pitch inside effectively and jam the Rocks hitters.:ipw:

On the hitting side of things Giants have been raking the ball and the sun is out so the ball will carry more today. Belt gets a rest and Posey after a day off will man 1st base. Pagan and Pence have to get on to set the table for the big boys in the middle of the order. The Giants have been the best team in MLB with two out knocks with RISP. This has lead to most of their victories this year. If they can continue to hit the starting pitching will eventually groove and maybe they can go on a nice run , put some room between them and the rest of the West.

Picks to click... I like the boys in the middle of the Band to Rock out...Panda, Posey, and Jack the Ripper the sequel... Mr. Morse.

Go Giants !!

No Giant with much experience vs. Anderson; as mentioned Tulo with Cain ownage. Also, LeMaihu has some ownage on Cainer too.

Crank those cranking cranks....6-2 good guys.

Panda breaks out today.

Brett Anderson comes off back-to-back starts allowing 4 runs (3 earned). In his last start at home against the D-Backs he allowed 10 hits, walked three in six innings

Good job by Cain to get Tulo. I thought he might not give him anything with first base open but he went after him and got him.

Ugly AB by Pablo.

Too timid on two fastballs in the zone, then goes way out of the zone to K.

Not trying to stir the pot bt Ken Rosenthal posted video on Fox Sports talking about Sandoval-Giants situation and examine the 3B free agent market in the offseason

Chase Headley - yes I'd take him
Sandoval
Aramis Ramirez -bat has been very good but is 36
Casey McGehee- .........

Certainly supports the argument that Pablo is going to get paid. There just aren't too many 3rd basemen capable of putting up the stats Pablo can (even if he's having a sub-par year).

Headley? Big decrease in power last year. It will be interesting to see what kind of season he has this year.

I wish they'd stop showing the Ford injury over and over...
