Well the Army will be doing another knee surgery on me on July 16th. Chose that date because school/work is out for the summer and I get back from Texas vacation on 14th. They will be scoping my knee and then detaching a ligament and then reattaching it in another place. Luckily all this will be free.

You could be 100% correct. I do feel when I landed on my knee during the kickball tournament and went to ER because knee cap shifted over that also could be a reason. However I could pay out of pocket a few thousand bucks and let a civilian do the surgery or let the Army 3 blind mice have another shot at it for free. The military doctors have received a lot of heat the past 200 years but they are getting better. Not a lot better but just better. God its funny walking into the VA hosp at the age of 38 and I am half the age of EVERYONE in there.
