Player trades should be allowed unless it's totally one sided where mostly everyone agrees to the trade. Or nos PM's the guy getting screwed in the trade and tries to see why he is doing the trade. Maybe the guy has a plan nos isn't aware of or the guy has no clue what he is doing so nos can convince him not to go through with the trade.

I might be wrong but the 2nd one is using a 32 team draft. I don't see where you can change the number of teams.

For that reason unless i'm wrong I like the 1st one better.
