Rodgers plays in a different league than Marino and Montana did. I cannot put him above Marino or Montana but he's as good as it gets in today's game. If Montana and Marino got to play in a touch football league like Rodgers their numbers would be even more amazing.

One thing to note on Rodgers' numbers. He is only 14th in the NFL in pass attempts because he has sat out early in so many games. Imagine his numbers if that never happened. Pretty much impossible to post better.

Yeah he isn't nullifying Deacon and Reggie

You make me blush. AP will put Reggie on his ass if need be. Or just Randy Ratio a screen pass and watch him run straight down the field for 80 yards.

Just realized that Brees actually went before Rodgers as well!!! WTF!!!

See this is one where opinions come into the fold, I think Moss is a bigger nightmare to cover than Calvin.

This has nothing to do with Neon I just had to say it...

I think Moss and Johnson are equal nightmares. Johnson is a 6'5" 4.3 and Moss was a 6'4" 4.2. Deion in his prime was the only guy with a CHANCE to cover either guy man up IMO. He ran a hand held 4.12 at FSU, and was tall enough to complete with their hight. The great thing about either guy to me is that even with a great corner, you'd have to go over/under with a safety, which either mans up your other receivers and TE, or takes a S out of the box in the run game. A huge advantage

AP's eyes haven't lit up this much since he found that perfect tree branch..

This. And for most of his career, his OL has been dog pooh. Marino and Rodgers have both played with crap defenses. You could argue Montana had the best skill guys AND Defense of his era

lolololololol stop it...

Man could also scramble......again nullifying that d line charge!!!

I've been a diehard Vikings fan as long as i've been alive and I think Tarkenton is one of the most overrated players in the history of the game.

I'm sorry, I think he sucked. He played on some of the most talented teams ever and he was the reason the Cowboys and not the Vikings were the best NFC team in the 70's. The Vikings were a little better as a team, but the QB matchup was absurd for the Pokes

He sustained his excellence for 2 decades. Had a completetion % that was very rare for the era. And was close to every record imaginable for his era...

I'd think Titans, right?

Technically yes since the Oilers history & records went there. For me though I just can't picture Campbell in that Tennessee uni.

51% comp in the playoffs with 11 TD's and 17 INT's

51% comp in three Super Bowls with 1 TD and 6 INT's

The Vikes didn't win in the Super Bowl because Francis disappeared. We fell behind and couldn't catchup because he just wasn't good enough to lead us back, one of the greatest regular season QB 's ever...

Yeah no doubt that. The 102 yard 3 INT performance was torturously bad. But in something like this where we are stacking 12 rosters with Hall of Famers and All Pro's left and right it's more about the entire body of work and sustained excellence.

Rodgers was the qb I wanted he went right before me. All the other good ones Id rank ahead of him(and as most all time lists support) were already taken and then Drew Brees as well.

There are two other QB's you could make a case for in my opinion and that's it. I think Tarkenton as the 11th qb drafted is a good spot. I guess maybe could have waited since everyone but WLK had a QB but didn't want to risk it.

Wait, and with my Michael Irvin pick as being snagged. Are we allowed to change a pick whenever we want if the player is still available?
