I had a feeling it would slow down once it hit this range. Takes a lot more time to find someone, and when you do you gotta make sure they aren't taken. Plus the names left aren't exactly as sexy as they were in the early rounds, lol.

Yeah, it's definitely getting more challenging. The first 6 rounds or so I had plenty of guys I was targeting fall to me because of others being chosen. But now, the last round I had a bunch of guys I wanted snatched up right before me and right after my pick. My player pool is drying up fast.
