Not one of those provisions allows for an extra foul to be called. Every single one of those provisions can only be applied to whether or not the foul that is challenged is accurate. You might actually be a stupid person.

The out of bounds rule is beyond stupid and I don’t get why they have yet to change it but yeah that’s what happened on the first review that Dallas challenged
