But that doesn't mean he hasn't been working on it.

At this point, I think you have to blame all people responsible for player development in the 6er organization. It is pretty obvious to me he has been instructed not to shoot and he has absolutely no confidence. Even bad shooters have to take those wide open looks sometimes.

Brett said during the season he challenged Ben to shoot 1 jump shot a quarter.

as for player development, maybe this offseason they don't let him use his brother as his shooting coach.
