Fact: the refs got the call wrong.

Fact: This was a fake image. There was no TV angle that matches this. Check out the angle of the hash marks. Not only are they distorted, but if this was an real image it would have required a camera in such an outrageous spot up and above the play. OSU fans are so desperate to prove their point they're photoshopping things. Sad really.

Now follow the body parts down. None of them, except the hand, are over the line. It also gives us great context of where the ball is on other replays that show he's not over the line.

Compare to this photo:

This photo shows his left hand on the ground, so it is AFTER the one you posted. In the one you posted, the ball is laying on the back of #88 at the bottom of the red part of his jersey which is entirely past the 15.

The photo I posted is a "tilted" version of this photo to change the perspective so it is more down the line. It is not altered in any way to try to change the position of the ball.

In either event, combining these two photos is pretty convincing evidence that he got the first down.
