I just don't understand bitching about a correct call. The only bad call of the game was the missed holding/PI. apart from that - both teams could call for the routine and ubiquitous missed holds and such...

USC crushed Washington earlier this season.

Washington will get a rematch in the Pac-12 championship. If Washington doesn't win, then they are out. If they win, I give them a 75% chance of making the playoffs. Just my opinion.

Bullshit. I've seen the snap shot of his foreword most progress. The ball is around his crotch based on other angles. He's about a foot and a half short.

I guess this would have been Ohio State's argument if they called him short of the line to make. It was a lot closer than 1/2 yard. The ball appeared to be right at the line to make based on shots and video I've watched with a few different angles. It is still difficult to tell, but the ref was in the best position on the field.

Saying "deal with terrible calls" is rediculous. We live in an era where my car can drive me to work but you're telling me we can't get an accurate placement of a football? That should be entirely computerized at this point. Refs should only make judgement calls on things like pass interference.

FACT: It was called a first down on the field.
FACT: The replays available to the referees in real time were at best inconclusive.
FACT: Ohio State didn't score on the play. Xichigan could have played defense and stopped them instead of doing the matador.
